Fee to use: $125.00 - Due 2 weeks before event date
Total for use: $225.00
$25.00 will be returned within 7 days of event date if hall left in a clean, orderly condition with no damage and all rules/expectation have been met.

RULES AND EXPECTATIONS

Activities that endanger people or are likely to damage or deface the property are prohibited.

When those in attendance include children and/or teenagers, the signer assures that there will be adequate adult supervision from the time the first young person arrives until the last one leaves.

The signer is financially responsible for any damage caused to the building, including any of the equipment therein, or to the grounds. Any such damage must be reported to the manager.

Smoking is prohibited with the hall. Please deposit cigarette butts in the appropriate bins located outside.

Sun Valley Family Campground cannot store your equipment or supplies. Sun Valley Family Campground is not responsible for valuables brought into the hall or onto the property.

Upon your final departure, please leave the hall in the manner in which you found it: Clean and orderly.

Sun Valley Family Campground reserves the right to refuse the privilege of use of the facilities to any person or group.
